What BOND is

BOND brings members together with restaurants, hotels, cultural venues and other businesses that offer deals. The meal, stay or service itself is provided by the venue, not by BOND. Any agreement about it is between you and the venue.

Your account

• Joining BOND as a member is free.
• Give correct details and keep your password to yourself.
• One account per person. Your account is for your own use.

Deals, codes and bookings

• A deal is valid between the dates shown, and while places last if the venue has set a limit.
• You can claim one code per deal. A code can be used once.
• Show your code at the venue to get the discount. The venue marks it as used.
• For online bookings, your booking is final once the venue has confirmed it. Until then it shows as waiting.
• You can cancel a code or booking yourself in BOND until it has been used. To change a booking, contact the venue directly, using the details on their profile.
• A venue may refuse a code that has already been used, has expired, or is being misused.

For businesses

• New businesses are checked by BOND before their deals become visible.
• Keep your business details and deals correct and up to date, and honour the deals you publish.
• Use the names and booking details of members only to welcome them and handle their booking.
• BOND may hide a deal or pause a business that breaks these terms or misleads members.

Fair use

Do not misuse BOND: no fake accounts, no claiming codes to resell them, no attempts to break or overload the service.

What we are responsible for

We do our best to keep BOND working and the information on it correct. Deal information comes from the venues, so we cannot guarantee every detail. BOND is not liable for the quality of a venue's service, or for a venue that does not honour its deal, though we will always try to help sort it out.

Changes

We may update these terms as BOND grows. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email. Dutch law applies to these terms.
