What BOND knows about you, why, and who else gets to see it. In plain words.

Who we are

BOND (beopen-neverdone.com). Our full company and contact details will be added here before launch.

What we keep

  • Your account: your email address and password (stored scrambled, we cannot read it), your name, and your city, country and phone number if you give them.
  • What you do with deals: the codes you claim, the bookings you make, the places you follow, and the notifications we show you.
  • Which deals are opened: we count how often a deal is viewed and how often members continue to a venue's own booking page.
  • If you run a business on BOND: your business name, logo, address, website, phone number, opening hours and deals. This is shown publicly on your profile.

Why we keep it

  • To sign you in and show you your own codes and bookings.
  • To pass a booking or code on to the venue you chose.
  • To show venues how their deals are doing, as totals only.
  • To email you about your own bookings and account.
  • To tell you when a place you follow posts a new deal: in the app, and by email only if you switch that on in Account settings.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

What a venue sees

When you claim a code or book, the venue sees your name, the deal, your code or time slot, and a booking reference. That is what they need to welcome you. They do not get your email address or phone number from us.

Venues see how many people viewed their deal, never who.

Who helps us run BOND

These companies process data for us, under contract:

  • Supabase stores accounts and data, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).
  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Resend delivers our emails.

If a venue uses its own booking system, your booking is also sent to that system on the venue's behalf.

Cookies

BOND only uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. You can delete your account yourself at any time in Account settings. That removes your personal details, codes, bookings, follows and notifications straight away.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop using it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
