How BOND works
Find a deal you like, claim it, and enjoy it. Each deal works in one of three ways. The deal page tells you which.
Discount code
Press “Get my code”. Show the code at the venue and they give you the discount. Each code works once.
Book here
Pick a time in BOND. We send your booking to the venue and show you when they have confirmed it.
Book at the venue
Press “Get code & continue”. You get a code and go to the venue’s own booking page to choose your date.
Questions
Does BOND cost anything?
No. Joining and using BOND is free for members.
Where do I find my codes and bookings?
Under Profile, in “My account”. Every code and booking stays there, also after you have used it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Open the code or booking and choose “Cancel”. The venue is told straight away. A code that has already been used cannot be cancelled.
What does following a place do?
Places you follow are gathered on your Following page, and you get a notification when they post a new deal. You can also choose to get these by email in Account settings.
The text is too small for me.
At the bottom of every page, under Text size, press one of the bigger “Aa” buttons. BOND remembers your choice on that device.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot your password?” and we will email you a link to choose a new one.
What does a venue get to see about me?
Only your name, the deal, and your code or time slot. Not your email address or phone number.
